A life history or family history stick, like the history cane shown, makes an excellent gift for an elderly Mother, Father, or Grandparents. The stick normally starts out with the person's birthday near the bottom with other selected events from the person's life placed on the stick in ascending order.

this man served in an educational capacity and the stick
also lists the type and dates of his college degrees.

Some logos from his places of employment are used to embellish the stick's overall appearance.

These sticks normally are never seen on the hiking trail but reside in a place of honor such as hanging in a special room at home, on the office wall at work, or over a fireplace.

They bring Joy and Love for a Lifetime and the giver of the stick is remembered forever.

A stick of this type could record military
service, or even an eventful vacation trip.
