Stanton Glen Eden Tapestry Border Rugs Carpets

Rug Rats carries a wide variety of tapestry border carpets.

We hand-sew all our tapestry borders when we apply them to a carpet, which creates a custom-tailored look. We do not glue the fabric to a board and then to the carpet, which raises the fabric above the carpet and looks stiff and cheap.

We also hand-sew all the corner miters. It's difficult to find workrooms that take as much pride as we do in applying tapestry borders. Most workrooms glue thier borders on, and those that don't use glue machine-sew them on. When it comes down to it, though, there is no replacement for hand-sewing.
